Eligibility

 

 

Clicking on the Employee Benefits icon displays the Benefits – Employee [Enrollment] page.  

 

 

After Division Selection, select the Employee for review. To view plans that the employee is eligible for, select the Eligibility tab.  To enroll the employee in a plan that they are eligible for, use the Enrollment tab.

Except for Plan No and EIN, an authorized user may edit  eligibility criteria, where:

Date Eligible is the date the employee is eligible for the specified plan (or select it from the pop-up calendar).

Expiration Date is the date the employee is no longer eligible for the specified plan (or select it from the pop-up calendar).

New Event Date is the date of the change to a benefit plan.

Event Details describe the event.  (The selections available depend on your division's event settings in the Benefit tables.)
